This third edition has been altered slightly. In order to make this book available either with or without a 50' supply of thread, we've changed the title from PREMIER ELASTIC THREAD & ROUTINES to PREMIER ELASTIC THREAD ROUTINES. The only alterations we've had to make to the text are adjustments for consistency. A new cover has been added.
