Five cards placed on a tray. A spectator picks one, looks at it, and replaces it. The magician knows which card was picked.
15	The Detachable Die	Prop
A wooden block (die) is threaded with a ribbon, and placed in an open chest/frame. The solid block is then pulled free of the ribbon.
16	Unfinished Business	Prop
An idea for a carnival game style spinning wheel which allows the magician to know the result before the wheel, hidden behind the now lcoased door, stops spinning.

A multiple-out index built into a slate.

A pencil or wand is poked through the middle of a silk handkerchief.
