33

A watch is placed in a borrowed hat and covered with a handkerchief; the hat is inverted — the watch has vanished — then reappears dangling from its chain in the performer's pocket.

34

Three chosen cards are controlled to the bottom; as cards transfer one by one between two hats, a spectator rings a bell to stop — the card in hand is always the chosen one.

35

A chosen card is back palmed; as a handkerchief is drawn over a glass, the card drops inside; the glass is turned upright to reveal the card within.

35

One card is held openly; a handkerchief thrown over it conceals the switch for a back-palmed duplicate, while the original is palmed away beneath the fabric.

36

A double-faced card bearing the performer's signature is hidden in the deck; the spectator's freely touched card proves to be the very one the performer signed.
